About Me
I was born in Mestre (Venice) in 1976, April 11th. I have attended technical secondary schools but music was one of my passions, so that soon after I started studying guitar. I got closer to the art of guitar making and tried to assemble one by myself. After that, I was in the workshop of M° Mario Novelli.
Starting from autumn 2003 – after having quit my former job – I devoted myself entirely to making classic guitars. In the same time I followed a course on how to service and repair bows at the Civica Scuola di Liuteria di Milano hold by M° Pietro Cavalazzi, and a course on the making of violins at the Scuola di Liuteria di Pieve di Cento (Bologna) hold by M° Marcello Bellei.
Since then, I have been carring on my work as a guitar maker without interruptions and basing it on an costant research.
Already from the first debut (2004), at the Paganini Festival in Parma, I have been receiving requests and orders that require a waiting list.
Since 2010, I have entered the international market and brought my guitars to Mexico, Japan, United States, South Korea, Belgium, France, Poland, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Switzerland, San Marino Rep.
I have exhibited my guitars at many national and international exhibitions.
Since 2013, I have been actively working with the organization of Roma Expo Guitars. This exhibition includes the most famous names of Italian guitar makers and has become the reference point for the national and international guitarists and dealers.
I am part of the 15 Italian luthiers who have built “L’Arcimbolda”, the symbol Guitar of Italian classical guitar makers and the exhibition icon of Rome Expo Guitars.
